ABOUT THE HYDROGEN HYBRID GENERATOR

This unit is a ‘semi Joe cell’ electrolysis device that converts water (H2O) to hydrogen oxide (HHO) also known as ‘Browns Gas.’

HHO-2 portions of Hydrogen to one of oxygen – is the perfect ratio for efficient combustion in an internal combustion engines – whether it be petrol or diesel.  The HHO Hybrid generator is constructed of very high quality components.  It uses ‘semi Joe cell’ stainless steel cylindrical anode and cathode, with a large gas generation surface area.

In addition, most other parts are manufactured from high quality acrylics and plastic which are impervious to oxidation and heat.  The hydrogen feed hoses are ‘high pressure oil graded’ featuring a composite construction.

The HHO Hydrogen Hybrid generator has no moving parts.  Over all this is a robust and good looking unit which – for those enthusiasts among us – will enhance any engine bay.

Due to the ‘semi Joe cell’ construction this unit is a high HHO output producer.

Other units in the USA market use a Perspex core wound with 316 L s/s wire.  Whilst gas production is good, oxidation of electrodes is rapid - In addition, any overheating caused by excess electrolyte enhancer results in the Perspex core melting and thus allowing the electrodes to touch and short out the unit.  The HHO Hydrogen Hybrid generator unit will also overheat in those circumstances, but the electrodes and core will not be damaged.  In fact, they would be unharmed, although continually abusing the unit could result in damage to the positive and earth leads.

Following the simple instructions in this booklet will ensure that no such incident occurs.
